Post subject:  The accidental text... lame?
Last night I genuinely accidentally texted "who was the girl with the short brown hair" to the wrong person! It went to another girl I'm interested in.. I responded with:

"Sorry, -name-, I sent that to the wrong person!"

She responded: "that's OK"

Then I recovered by texting:
"I freakin' do that all the time. It's really easy to do with my phone. Luckily I've never sent anything x-rated to my parents!"

She said:
"lol!"

Then I began to think... huh.. How lame would it be to purposefully send some DHV or other text to the wrong person? Considering PUAs enlist the help of women to make their targets jealous, among other things, is it really that lame to purposefully send a text to the wrong person in order to DHV (or some other reason)? Or is this something PUAs already do?

That might be a good idea! I can see how that would work sparking the pre-selection and jealousy switches in her mind.

Im going to give this a try. it sounds like a good plan. Im going to use the same lines you did just to expirement, then if all goes well from there Ill branch out and use diffferent lines.

If I had actually intentionally sent her the wrong text, I think I may have said something different...

This could be a useful strategy.. .

i've been doing this for a while.

one of my favorites is a completely blank text (which i got from someone on this site.... can't remember who now, sorry). this gets the target thinking about you, and will often respond with something along the lines of

"huh", or "i didn't get any words in that text", or something along those lines

i usually respond with something like "oh, did you get a blank text?, my phone does that a lot cuz i'ts been in the pool so much. thats the only downside to being a lifeguard"

I really like the idea of faking that it was a "mis-text" and DHVing thats a really good idea. I'm going to give it a shot, and report back :P.

yeah it was meth who gave that out. If you happen to read this, thanks buddy!

but yeah. I've always got a response the first time i use it on a girl, and if i feel the need to pull it on someone twice, and don't get a response, I know they are thinking about me and the story i told them. I usually end up with a text back from them within a day, even if we haven't talked for a bit.

Help me think of some good accidental DHV texts.. I think it is more believable if it appears as a response to an earlier text..

"No, I'm staying in tonight to rest. Your snoring kept me up all night ;"

"Ok, but only if you promise to keep your hands to yourself"

"I will talk to her for you if you want me to"

Ya very good tip, it is exactly like how on the old AIM where if another window pops up, you are talking to another person so sometimes you would type in the wrong place.

Blank text really does work!

Used it to a couple of weeks ago. I got the response "And why do I get a blank text?" I didn't respond after some time but when I talked to her that night, the blank text question came and I responded with "I've known you for a few days now and you're already making stuff up hea ;)" Or atleast something in a different context. I just asked her if she was thinking about the blank text/me after I texted her, and she said like "Yes, the whole day!".

That was one of my strategies I've done now for awhile. "Accidentally" send a text message which usually includes something really interesting.

For example, when I was trying to hook up with this HB9 and we we're kinda together or hooked up, not dating or anything, I told her from the get go, I'm not looking for a relationship and just want to have fun and enjoy other's company.
When we've been talking and hanging out for a bit she was at one point thinking she had me in the bag and was trying to make herself the prize and had a big ego so one day I sent her a message "Last night was crazy! And your friend came on to me, I was just dancing with her. But it seemed you forgave me later on in the hot tub ;)"
She responded with "Um, what?"
Then I sent "Oh crap, I sent u that, sorry. Ignore it" and she didn't respond back.

Now, that did end up happening but the reason I sent her that is because I was trying to remind her I can get lots of girls so she is nothing special and one of the main reasons I sent her that is because I went out with people she works with so I know she would ask them about it and they would tell her. Which is what ended up happening, and she got jealous. When I talked to her again, she said...
"I heard about last night, sounds like you had fun. I have to admit, I'm kinda jealous."
I responded with "Yeah, last night was fun, but I told you, I don't like jealously, so if we're going to hang out tonight, then you better not act so needy" And that night I ended up having sex with her.

Most of the time I will text things like that but will just exaggerate a bit or sometimes a white lie that will catch her interest or make her jealous, which most of the time is what I go for.

i've used this one, really just for the pop in your mind effect. stuff like:
"Holy crap! last night was insane! We've got to do that again some time"

used this on a girl I LJBF'd (mentality was it would be easier to pull her from mine rather than bash through hers) and flirt with a little.

I kinda like the one that put the girl in her place, nice and smooth
