THE SHORTCUT TO HELL.
Perhaps you've stopped playing hours of World of Warcraft and realized that you"ll become a 40 year old virgin who will only get obese, non-pretty girls your whole life unless you do something SERIOUS about it. You may be tempted to take the easy way out (the shortcut) and just try to learn some tricks and tactics for getting laid instead of changing your personality. If you want to get the hottest girls on the planet then you're going to have to be a hell lot better than a couple of tips and tricks. You have to become the Real Thing. However, you can come up with a strategy to make use of the personality you have.

imagine someone with low self esteem, with no life force in him (energy), has impulses that make him terrible decisions (like spend more than he owns), a temper so bad he throws coffee at the clerk because she gives him incorrect change, has ZERO enthusiasm for life or anything.... Has better chances raping someone from a graveyard then getting laid. Don't you think he has a strong need to change aspects of his personality? Yes, there are core parts of our personality we cannot change. But there are many aspects that we can. That's why there's so many products on inner-game and self-help.

Man stop writing in all caps and using that hellish red color lol What you need to understand is this. You can change your habits and how you feel about things, but everything you have done in the past is a part of you. It sticks with you. It cannot be erased. If you have a bad temper under the right circumstances it will come out again.If you have low self-esteem your susceptible to having low self-esteem again. If you were a criminal before you are susceptible to becoming a criminal again. People can't change what they are. They can only build around it and make use of whats there. If you understand this it will save you a lot of frustration.
