Attention validation seeking more than likely, it gives her a buzz to blow off the AFC's.
So in part it could be deep rooted low self esteem, deal with them by not seeing them as attractive women and act accordingly; they will wonder why you're not attracted to them.

Maybe the girl is just open and free with her sexuality, and can see that you're the kind of guy who will judge her negatively and/or simply doesn't find you attractive?

There is NO such thing as a slut. If you're ever going to truly understand women and be the kind of man that makes them feel completely comfortable opening themselves up to you sexually and emotionally, I would recommend removing it from your vocabulary.

Guys need to deal with this "slut" thing. If you are on this journey, then you want girls to be sexual with you. Every time you are a dick to her and knock her down by calling her a "slut", she is less likely to get sexual with you, or any other guy.

More importantly, she has the right to wear whatever the fuck she wants, and be treated well regardless. I know sweet conservative girls who wear very short skirts, and crazy girls who dress very conservatively. There is no rule.

You ever had a girl treat you differently because you wore shorts instead of jeans? Then why do you treat them differently when they wear shorts instead of jeans?

It is indeed true that any girl can "dress how she wants" however by doing so she has to expect to be approached, it's human nature in a man to do so, she's demonstrating sexual/replication value and these trigger unconscious approach mechanisms in a man to do so. Yes we have free will but you can't find something unattractive that you find attractive, it's a social, cultural protocol to approach. A girl dressed very sexy who complains about being approached is like a sailor who complains about the sea. :P

It appears as though she's trying to appear as sexual as possible for self-esteem purposes knowing that guys will hit on her expecting easy sex. She can then get off on rejecting them while feeling sexy due to the amount of attention she gets from men. If she dressed in a non-sexual manner she probably wouldn't get as many offers and therefore wouldn't get the ego boost that she's getting off on.

Not saying that this is 100% the case. Maybe she just didn't like you. It happens. In my experience though a lot of the girls who dress the sluttiest do it for attention rather than because they want to be picked up over and over.
