... is to make a mistake. Nothing has huge enough impact on you like making mistakes.

So here's what to do; Make a mistake. On purpose.

Go out and say some cheesy pick-up line. You will get slapped. Lesson learned.

Open a set - and lose the frame and AMOG status. Suddenly you are not fun anymore. Lesson learned.

Call a girl million times a day. She won't call back. Lesson learned.

Buy her a dinner (anyways be quick about it, you don't want to lose much time, right?) - a cheap diner preferably. Spend time with her whole week (or as much as needed to become "best friends") without touching her. Be the AFC. Then go for a kiss. She will LJBF you. Lesson learned.

...so do you get what I am talking about here? Do the AFC stuff you have always did (if didn't, do it anyways) and look at it from PUA perspective.
Now you know what is bad, and you have gone through it yourself; it isn't just a story from a controversial ebook no more. Make mistakes, they are the warning. Best way to learn it to make a mistake.

It will help you understand what is going on in social dynamics. It will give you a HUGE motivation and lessen your fears - because now you have just gone through your worst fear in seducing women. It can get only better.

PLUS, it helps you to develop "the feeling" when things are not going your way. You know, the one that you want to avoid; as soon as you feel the AFC way you will now recognize it, find the root of it (your action, belief, whatever) and change it.

Hope this helps,

Carpe Diem.

that makes alot of sense, but i wouldnt go as far as making the mistake on purpose

I think the logical way is go through your pickup and let the mistake happen by itself, you will get more out of it because you think you have it all worked out, then you fuck up, YOU KNOW what you did wrong and next time you will be able to prevent it from reoccurring.

Showing yourself how it feels to lose a set or hb is different from it actually happening. And i think that is what people are afraid of, because if i knew going into a set that i am going to fuck up on purpose, i have no anxiety whatsoever because the outcome is going to be the same either way. So if i go into a set wanting real results, im going to run my game like usual and if i dont get the outcome i want.....lesson learned.

I dont think i'll be doin this, i dont need to go out of my way to make mistakes,
I'll be making mistakes anyway. I need success, or results or whatever you wanna call it.
I've made too many of these mistakes in the past, and when i started ready the PUA books it all made sense.

agreed.

we'll all make some mistakes, and those are the true sticking points that need work. It is much more efficient to work on these.

however, I've never made a mistake on purpose, so maybe you have something there. not trying to diss you, but it sounds a bit silly to me.

anyone try this?

They say you only learn from your failures. I love trying things I think wouldn't work to find out the result.
