guys, the MM model has changed. Many of you are still using the old stuff which I always hated because I found that it made guys
1. think too much
2. become much more of a performer than needed

the new model takes away some of that old stuff that I didn't agree with so much.

Lifestyle

Everything culminates in being a piece of the overall lifestyle. Learn the skills, get your confidence up, but you really need to life the lifestyle you want to be an overall complete package. Once these areas are achieved, these skills will carry over into every other aspect of your life.


EL TOPO method (Or referred as during the talk as ‘This is how I do it’)

Practice DHV stories and body language in the mirror

In action
Open target, frame yourself and be interesting. Start the conversation and use DHV stories. Utilize both attraction and comfort frames. Use proper body language and tonality. Lock in to target. Using tonality and grounding, enter a comfort frame. As emotion builds, take it away. Show an emotional range during the entire process. Reply through the entire process as needed.



My notes:

-Open
-Be friendly and shallow, fun not serious
-you can go direct, indirect, how ever you want.
-Establish your frame
-Define the interaction
-Do it be tonality, what we say, how we dress
-How to Establish frame:
-Body rock in and out, cut it / cut people out with body
-Immediately switch into DHV mode
-Ground your stories
-Frame them
-Cold read, qualify,
(Pre isolation is possible at this point)
-Say how they're acting / Cold reading
-"It's just like when..."
-Attraction Frames
-CJ's Strawberry Fields
-Comfort Frames
-ellicit emotion
-Always check in
-"You know what i'm talking about."

-On building comfort
-You can build up comfort as fast as you want, just do a takeaway when needed. (let the air out of the balloon).
-If you only focus on attraction (big problem with new pua's) they get bored and go dance.
-Body language
-Check yourself in the mirror
-Lean back, smile, ellicit feelings and emotions with body language
-Memorize your shit. Don't wing it.
-Frames, You want women to go through these steps when you place a frame out there.
-They believe it
-They accept it
-They defend it.

The point of the triangle is to demonstrate that it all starts with lifestyle, and your lifestyle should define WHY you have inner game and the skills you have. Your skills and inner game should not define your lifestyle.

Me and my wing will soon be winging with him captain jack, and sinn. I will keep you guys updated on everything I learn. I already realize that the way me and my wing do things and the way he does is quite different, but this is exactly why I am sure I will learn alot from each of them.

hm I can't tell whether you are being sarcastic or what. The old mm model can work, but honestly thinking about a1,a2,a3,c4 shit its like a game of fn battleship. I don't want to think about all that while I'm out in the field. I want things to just flow naturally as they should. This is why I agree with the changes.

Nice post. I agree with you the MM can make guys a little too much while they are interacting with women. This can stall them and can therefor be a disadvantage. But when you think about the principles of the MM they are actually quite simple. All in all I think you could describe it like this:

Open indirectly (A1)
DHV (A2) (Any DHV could work. If you have great body language then just opening the set and them seeing you subcommunicating high value is a DHV).
Isolate and Qualify her (A3)
Build comfort (most people can do this naturally if they don't worry about the outcome - just enjoy the conversation and the kino. Keep the theory in the back of your head and if things start going a little bad then correct it)
Seduction.

And all of this is based on some basic theory. You want to open indirectly because you don't wanna display too much interest from the start. You then flip on attraction switches (Leader of Men, preselection, protector of loved ones and willingness to emote). This can be done in countless ways and a DHV-routine is just one way to subcommunicate leadership and playfulness. As the attraction switches are switched to on she becomes attracted to you. Then you demonstrate that you like her too and that she has a chance of winning you over if she behaves her best. The whole idea of first displaying interest after she has done it subcommunicates preselection. You can easily get girls so you have high standards. And so it goes on....

If you just remember all these little basic things it won't stall you too much.
