I have a different view on AA and i was thinking of it yesterday and wanted to share it. For me AA is a fear. Fear of being rejected, fear of others not liking you , fear of don't know what to say to them etc...
It's funny cause when I came to the PUA cominity I have already overcome most of the fears in my life. I never really had any AA whatsoever. I always practice like this without any AA. That fear just drives me to go to speak to them.
Now how I did this? You may laugh at me but I can care less. The key to overcome a fear is to become the fear. In any interaction I am having I radiate power, charisma, chilled out and only positiveness. Now if you can do this you're gonna see how instead of you being uncomfortable in the interactions it's quite the oposite - your target has it. It's really simple and it comes with practice but you have to just go for it and once you're there it's awesome
