For girls that lean towards the slutty side constantly (cause all girls have slutty moments more or less imo) I'd say just ask.

Example 1.. was posting something suggestive that could have led to a very fun conversation "she wants to have a sexual conversation with someone who can convey he has a big dick" essentially someone who's not intimidated to approach the subject.

If you are that confident that you can hold the conversation, what need is there for a MasterKey line? besides talking to a girl about having sex with her =/= insinuating that she's a slut. you have to be pretty hilariously crass to do that, especially if she's as open with getting around as some of the girls you mentioned.
