Post subject:  Advanced PUAs please? I think I handled it!
So Saturday, I had a date with HB8. For starters I took her on a day cruise on the Detroit River. It was kick ass, full prime rib buffet, and cash wet bar. The entertainment was Motown’s hits, live performers, let me tell you that boat was ROCKIN!! HB Having a great time! Also some sundeck time!
From there we met up with another couple (my friends), at a Micro Brewery, for some fantastic home brew-skies. Frome there on to Royal Burgers at Herman’s patio bar! More great times. Then to club _____ for Blues and more dancing, again fantiastic!
Ended with a cab ride back to the friends, screwed our brains out in the spare room!! All good
Get back yesterday afternoon. I stop by the Pub; an HB8.5 I’ve known for a while but never fucked, but have run some game on, stops with a friend and sits a couple stools down. My favorite barmaid chums up to me and asks what I did this weekend. I start bragging it up and getting everyone around involved in another of my “mad cap adventures”.
At the end of my story, HB8.5 says “I want to do that! How come you never take ME??”
I walked over took her little hand, looked her in the eye, and said “because you’re not fucking me ____That’s why”! She breaks eye contact, and stars down at her drink, and takes a long…long drink from the tiny straw!
Then she tells a lame story about her Saturday, that she kissed another girl on a dare and saw a couple banging in the restroom and took a picture of their feet, bla, bla, bla, but keeps glancing out the corner of her eye at me LOL!
There is only slight interest in her story, NONE from me!
Her and friend, pay up and leave, she gives a slight hug on the way out, I say “That can all change in a moment.” She smiles and leaves.

Opinions fellas??

Couldn't you have just said, "I didn't know you wanted to go."? Same sentiment, much less socially abrasive method of delivery.

Thanks 870; I appreciated that, I do at times become slightly abrasive when it's time to speak my mind, mental note to self :)

But, I have given opportunity on prior occasions (she flaked on both) I felt a little punishment was appropriate. And being friend zoned was not acceptable. And she is in my social circle, so a statement like that from me is not TOTAL shock.

Update: Text on my phone from HB when I got out of gym. "I'm making dinner at your place."

I get home and she is making turkey burgers on my grill. I say what's this all about. She says repayment for diagnosing a problem with her car a couple weeks ago. I even told her where to go (and to wear tiny shorts to the appointment because I know the guy and he IS a sucker for hot women LOL)

Dinner was great, good humor and light conversation. She had brought her 10 year old with her, and my daughter was there as well. So a kiss on the cheek was as far as that went :roll: :)

I would like to tag this one, so I'm just going to roll for a couple of days and see 8)

^ that, I don't get the "Cause you are not fucking me answer", that was a bit off, i would have set: "Funny you ask it was so good, that i was planning to go back again, maybe i will take you, i will call you or text you to confirm" with a take it or leave it attitude, confident, no needy....

Yeah, I did take this approach later (last nights dinner). She is aware how I am, and knows if she flakes I will just bring someone, or do something else. That does not seem to bother this one. But she did almost BEG me to take her "Someplace!"

Despite the unfortunate terminology used by the pickup community, it's not our job to 'punish' women when they behave in a way that isn't conducive to our goals. As I must continually remind people in the Relationships subforum, dealing with the ladies isn't about control, dominance or any other psuedo-alpha male bullshit that makes you feel superior to the objects of your affection.

By asking why you never take her out, this chick was basically saying, "Holy shit please ask me out." There are only two reasons you would answer that with anything other than "OK." One is if she is unattractive, which would be perfectly understandable. The other is if you are still harboring lingering bitterness over her previous lack of interest.

I'm willing to bet it's the latter in this case, and my advice to you is to get rid of that shit before you move forward with this girl. It's toxic, and it will poison the rest of your interaction by setting up a 'told ya so' frame that will cause you to continually game her only to validate your ego.
