Sexual attraction is already implied( from the man) with any approach,( pick up/seduction attempt )The hotter the girl the more men want to fuck her. With that being said, it is important to work on a connection first, it doesn't have to be a deep connection but some sort of connection will makes sexual escalation a lot easier. Connection=Comfort. Comfort=Open. Open=sexual opportunity.

I see it all too often where a guy will go up to a girl and just start trying to mack her, touch her everywhere, try to kiss her.
