Yes, don't call her just meet her Tuesday! You have a date set, period end of story. If you call her in between just to keep her fresh on your mind it's an AFC move, and will demonstrate lower value. If anything sometimes, I will call and push a date back a little. Anticipation is a great thing. I'll call the day before, and say, "Hey, I don't have much time to talk, but I am meeting a friend right before I see you, can we push our thing back 1 hr?" Be firm about this, keep the time on the phone to the minimum. Think, she's already planned to be with you, so you know she should be free.
