Post subject:  Oneitis, State collapse, Approach Anxiety & More

OK, most of the posts I see on this forum - and the questions I usually get from clients - are about the following:

1. Bad state - feeling nervous/bad about certain situations, worrying about performing poorly.
2. Oneitis - feeling intensely attached to a girl who doesn't like you as much back.
3. Approach anxiety - being scared to approach girls, something I still experience despite having done over a thousand approaches (I think).

The answer is always the same: TAKE ACTION.

Think of The Game as going to the gym. Imagine that seducing a woman is like lifting a weight. Would you freak out or post here just because you don't feel confident about lifting a weight? Would you get scared about doing a bench press?

NO, NO, NO.

At most, you would simply train long enough that no weight scares you. That's exactly what The Game is like. It's JUST A SKILL.

If you keep taking relentless action, do enough approaches and go on enough dates, I *guarantee* you will get good.

This is the difference between the pros and the amateurs, the champs and the chumps. You think trainers and gurus don't get AA and bad state? Of course they do! They just take action anyway instead of moaning about it all day long!

The same goes for one-itis. EVERYONE GETS IT. I like a girl who isn't that into me RIGHT NOW. The difference is, I'm going to see 3-4 other new girls this week, so I don't care as much as someone who has nothing else going for them will.


Take action, take action, take action. Force yourself to do it until it becomes second nature. All your problems will be solved.
