Post subject:  Women's status updates observation.
Alright here goes. For the past few months it's really been sticking out like a sore thumb. I could post something really insightful on my Facebook status, ask someone a question, anything and i'll get a few likes, a few comments... the usual. But if one of my girl friends happen to post a status with something random like the word 'penguin' then they'll get about 10 likes in a matter of minutes, all of guys they know.

So earlier I sent out a test status blasting. It went like this;

To every girl who has a Facebook account. When a random dude clicks like on your status or they comment on a simple photo with words like 'wow hot' what do you truly think of that person. Guys think yours saying 'wow bobs a great guy' but are you actually rolling your eyes and laughing like I am doing when I see it?
So have you guys seen it too... I just want to point it out so next time you comment on a girls pic and say 'Wow hot!' or you click like on a girls facebook status when its really random I want to show what your actually doing.

BTW I got about 15 likes of girls for this which doesn't usually happen to my statuses so I think I got an answer.

What's your opinions?

It's called reciprocity. Cialdini is the expert on this. Marketing professionals know about this a lot. :twisted:

I don't 'like' photos girls uploads where they're half naked and posing.
