Benefit for others in the same situation, that is the purpose of a forum! |

Not only the benefit already mentioned above, but the one for yourself. Not only for us the expression "I`ve been in a lot of intereactions with women" sounds vague, but it`ll also do so in your own head. The thing about writing is that you can read it later, maybe a lot later, and realize how much you`ve improved. Start a report, that`s as real as it gets. |

The field reports will be useful for you, number 1, 10 years from now it will be a good memory, second, you can get critique by more advance puas on mistakes and thing that you could have done better or more efficient.. |

I find field reports to be useful as reference, but keeping a journal is an even better idea. I've had a journal on sosuave.net for a little over a year, I joined because it was more geared toward high school guys. Over time even my writing style had changed as I improved. It's a great way to see where you went wrong in certain situations, and what you did correctly in others. It's like taking notes in case you ever have a pop quiz. So yeah, I recommend keeping a journal. And updating it regularly. |

they help you internalize things you are learning by repeating the process through writing, they also give you the ability to look back and try to pinpoint sticking points, they also help you more clearly define your goals and keep track of what action you are taking to succeed in achieving your goals, also other people can offer you ideas on how to reach your goals faster or give you new perspectives on your own ideas |

Extremely useful. It makes you think about what you did and what you could improve next time. Also you can get comments and help from other people on the forum. Plus, you may get ideas that you hadnt thought of yourself when you read others FRs. And it is great fun to go back in time and re-read your own FRs and see how much you have improved. |

Writing stuff down, increases your observational skills. For example if you can observe pretty much everything, then u r less likely to have a wing tell u what he observed. If your are new, It is very useful. If u are constantly having rejections, it is likely to be poor observational skills, and will show in your FRs. |
