No...I'm not asking about getting a hooker.

Sparknotes backstory: I was listening to a radio show after work today and the host, very funny guy named Mark Madden, mentioned that a porn star was performing at a local strip club. He then insinuated that the woman had a reputation to bang guys who showed up to her appearances with enough cash and claimed she had gone to an interview at the station drunk as hell, later trying to come on to an intern. Side note, the intern apparnetly got cold feet, and it is now Madden's goal to find out which intern and berate him mercilessly for not bangin a porn star that was hitting on him.

So I wanted to pose the hypothetical, and for legality's sake not discuss any realities. If you had some evidence that a porn star would be in your town and would gladly fuck for the right price, would you do it? Personally, I think I would. I mean it'd be a hell of a story. Granted, it would be much greater if you were able to claim that you picked up an adult entertainer with sparkling personality, style, and good game. But hell, I'd consider paying just for the experience. I'm not asking if prostitution should be legalized, I honestly don't care. The question is just that if you were provided a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, would you dive in (probably with a condom).

The reason I ask, along iwth entertainment value, is that a video was posted on this site a few months back where a speaker addressed how you can pay for sex without every opening your wallet. After a few responses, depending on how things go, I will expand on his point.

Depends on who it is. Most porn stars are fucking disgusting, but sure, I'd probably do it. I'd also hose my dick down with spermicide and wear the world's thickest condom. I'd also denounce my atheism and begin praying to every god in existence that my dick wouldn't contract some horrible fungal disease.

Most professional porn stars actually keep themselves pretty clean. Regular STD test, makes sure the male talent is always clean, very protective of their bodies in general because their job depends on their health. Truthfully, most chicks who do porn for a living are much cleaner down there, and much more disease free than the average club chick with a fetish for casual sex. Just saying.

I'd like to think that my principle of not ever paying for sex is strong. However if some celebrity goddess decided she'd throw her body my way for a nickle I wouldn't mind.

But paying to have sex with a pornstar, no not in a million years.

No, because the only reason to do it would be for bragging rights and even if I did have a bunch of male friends I'd never be the type to be like "dude, I totally banged ". Most porn stars aren't even hotter than "normal" chicks, they just have a certain look that really only works for porn anyway.

Yeah, if we were talking about Scarlet Johannson or Natalie Portman, I probably would since they actually get me hard. But not a porno chick.

If I had the money, if she would be smokin hot, and we have been flirting a bit, I'd go definately for the try before you die.

That said, I would have to get over a lot of irrational social resistance. It's not something you do normaly every day. And I rather prefer getting in touch with a hooker in a club while being drunk than sober ringing at her door.

I was more wanting to discuss a one-time thing, rather than the legalizing of prostitution, the creation of legal brothels, etc. For the sake of this question, assume that you'll only get one shot, and that no other means of paying for sex exist.

You're right, that's exactly what it is, but I hoped to avoid any moral debates by presenting it as a single situation rather than a sweeping change in (possibly) your nation's laws.

You do realize there are porn stars that do prostitute them selves right? I let you find what sites they are on, but you can very much make this a reality.

No one is debating the moral side of this. Ezo was just calling it what it is, which is prostitution. It doesn't matter if its one time or what, when you pay for sex its prostitution. I don;t know why you want to avoid calling it what it is.

Easy, I wanted to ask a specific question rather than a broad one. I wanted to ask everyone's take on this scenario rather than the cultural and moral significance, pros, and cons of prostitution.

I know what it is, just trying to keep it simple. And since you didn't answer, would you :P
