"Am I fat?" It seems like saying "No" will give her that ego seeking validation. I remember Adam Lyons having a the perfect line for a scenario like this. But I can't remember it. What would you guys say? |

Say something like - " I like you just the way you are" you can change it to however you want to but just avoid giving her a direct answer. |

Answering "no" will not give her an ego boost. She already knows she is kind of fat and she probably asked it because you haven't been giving her any compliments on her looks, probably because she is in fact, kinda fat. Answering "I like you just the way you are" is avoiding the question and she will detect it as a bullshit answer. For the time being it might be the end of the subject but she will mark it down in her brain that you agree she is fat, and over time her self confidence will dwindle and she will become increasingly clingy and increase the frequency with which she says stupid stuff like this. The only correct way to answer a question like this is to act like it's the most stupid ridiculous question you ever heard. You need to get her to erase that thought from her mind and not ask you ever again. Now, if she is actually kind of fat, and you want her to do something about it, the best way to go about this is to actually compliments on the way she dresses and how well it accentuates her body. Sparingly, of course, and only in response to when she is trying to look her best for you. What this does is give her positive encouragement for trying to look better. That positive encouragement makes her feel good. As a result, she will continue trying to do things to look nice for you. When she looks in the mirror, she knows shes kinda fat, and it will be her own idea to go on a diet to look better for you. If you do the obvious idiotic thing of suggesting that she is kinda fat and needs to lose weight, this makes her feel bad. She thinks, I'm fat, he's not attracted to me, I feel like shit, this "relationship" or whatever isnt making me feel good anymore, I want to be by myself and eat more ice cream. She leaves you, finds some other guy who doesn't care that she's fat, and feels happier about herself. See? |
