What I meant was do not use the PUA stuff and routines just to get in her pants if you don't want to be with her. But if you actually like her as a person (rather than a hot piece of ass), then by all means do it.
My point is: we - aspiring PUAs - often use routines and strategies to get laid more. It helps us attract women, but not necessarily make women happier. It happened to me many times that I successfully juggled several (2-4) women at once. But sometimes I was a real jerk to them. They were waiting for me to call while I was screwing around. All I wanted to do was get laid regardless of the girl's feelings.
This girl you're writing about here seems to have some serious issues. It just strikes me as right to be straight with her (at least with her if not with other girls).
But take this with a grain of salt, pls - 1) I don't know you or her; 2) who am I to dish out advice?
Just do whatever you feel is right for both you and her
