Post subject:  Day Game - Macy's Cashier

So today I had an errand to run at the mall and decided to dress a bit more formal than casual since I wanted to take the opportunity to approach some women - being new to the game it was a great chance to get rid of some anxiety and uncomfortableness.

When I went to purchase the sweater I came across a HB8 cashier who was about to assist another customer find some jeans, being respectful (and not in a hurry) I mentioned to her that I'm ready as soon as she is done with the customer before me. She immediately disengaged the customer and met me at the register to ring me up. I had no intention of opening her up before hand but I figured this maybe an IOI if she let the other customer go.

She complimented me on being in such a happy mood and that resulted in some fluff about clothing and the reason why I has in such a great mood. In the midst of the fluff she complimented me again on something that I don't recall and I casually remarked on the marvelous outfit she was wearing. Throughout the brief chit-chat she was smiling.

When I finally got my purchase completed I mentioned that if she'd liked to continue the conversation what would be the next steps to take. She replied that it's store policy not fraternize with the customers and presented her hand for a handshake. I kindly accepted her position and went on my way.

Regardless of the outcome I felt great after such an interaction and am stoked that it came so naturally and without any nerves.

That's the trouble with gaming hired guns. They are highly unlikely to give out their numbers for it looks unprofessional and could get them into trouble. If anyone can work out a way to conquer this that would be the game! Maybe just become a regular customer and come the 5th or 6th time you can try slipping the number or hope to bump into her when she finishes work and then see her in a non-work scenario? I really do not know!
