Background: Country bar. I'm good at dancing. HB8 and a HB7 (sisters). I open direct, dance with HB8 then HB7, light IOIs from both. HB8 has ring. We chat a little then they leave. I pass by them later, reopen with negs, get iois (touching and laughing), but again they take off. I open another set. Later, HB7 returns and asks me to dance. Very strong IOIs during dancing (eg she wouldn't let go of my hand after dance). I take her outside to cool off and kino but HB8 comes and takes her away. I find them later and say "I have to go" to HB7. Hug then then pause to see if she offers her number. She doesn't but IOIs were strong enough I just ask "Can I get your number?" Sisters look at each other but I get the number. She rides a vespa, doesn't like country music, says she's goth and is a black sheep (she doesn't look it so I call her "light grey sheep") Any suggestions on improving my text game here? Should I invite her to salsa? Something else? Other ways to make it more interesting? PUA: You are very good at country dancing... For a girl who rides a vespa. HB: Hey PUA: You should come country dancing more. Honestly, Didn't you like country dancing even though there was country music, HB: Ya its fun. Wa r u up to? PUA: Actually, in a salsa lesson. HB: That most be fun PUA: It's actually really fun. And mexicans can really move! They do any dancing at goth clubs? HB: Don't kno havnt been to one PUA: Oh yeah, you're a grey sheep. What do you do for fun? HB: Reading PUA: For fun? HB: Ya I have over 100 books PUA: Me too! And I even threw away most of my books last year. HB: Y? PUA: They took so much space! I kept the best ones. I bet not the same kind of books as you though. HB: Its still sad PUA: You must really love books. What kind do you read? No response yet after an hour. |

Probably not a good idea to do general conversation via text. It's boring and doesn't even create comfort. That's why the whole "I have books, too" thing was bad. Also because you were qualifying yourself more than being funny or negging her. Your positive was that you mentioned salsa lessons, a DHV. I also liked your opening neg. If you don't hear from her, don't text her again today as that seems needy. Try again mid-day tomorrow, when you are still fresher in her mind. If you wait too long, your chances decrease. Thanks for the feedback! She finally responded Sunday night with something like "all kinds". I didn't text back until today. (Background, 1: she ends all her texts with "< \ 3" 2: I don't know emoticons but someone once showed me this one which means dick "< = 3" PUA: I forgot to ask you what the thing at the end of all your texts means. HB: wat do you think it means? PUA: To be honest, it looks like a "no dick" sign. You're not a lesbian, are you? HB: who fuck is this? [I almost panicked and apologized, but I've learned that apologizing is dangerous in times like this] PUA: I'm joking. You have a lot of personality. I thought you'd have a really strong sense of humor. HB: Im half sleep and dont have save in my phone PUA: It's Dean from Saturday night. If you're sleeping, sleep. I won't text you more. I gotta run anyway. [hour later] HB: its a broken heart by the way PUA: Oh, I don.t know emoticions since I don.t spend much time online. Is your heart broken? you should probably be wary of me.
