First approach: Me: i've always wanted to ask girls this, do you guys only judge on looks. Girl1: yes Girl2: no, it depends on the girl Girl1: yes, if he has a great smile, but yea, no on other stuff as well. Me: [I gave a pretty shitty background story, i don;t think they believed me] Girl1: Oh i see, Girl2: Im guessing he's asian? Me: Yea[jumped into a hoop here] Me: have you two known each other for a while? Girl1: no, like a month or two, but we're besties at ucla Girl2: yea, hats pretty much true Me: you know there's a test to see if you two are best friends Girls: oh, thats so cool Girl1: are you a psychology major? ...... [ then i lost their interest, gotta get more material] Problems: there was a kitchen counter between me an them, that i used as a shield. Didn't kino at all. I was drunk. Personally, after the approach i felt like i didn't like the opener at all. It telegraphed too much interest and i was unable to root. Frame control was weak, body language was very weak. |

hi man maybe next time as you say try to get phisycal, avoid to drink too much i also sometimes do that, maybe try to memorize more openers and canned materials to use and mantain the hook, try to approch with the body not facing them just your head and then when you have their attention you can turn their direction also with your body language (you can find videos on youtube) that should be relaxed and confident. for this i do repetitions every day i repeat to myself to be confident, relaxed, full of energy, happy, strong etc. many times a day, and then i'm finding myself tuning with these feelings. and keep approaching i think that all the mistakes one does are really good to learn. the positive things i see are: that you approched them, that you hooked them at the beginning with the best friend test, and that you are able to understand where to improve. hope this can help bro |
