Ok, first thing: this was my first time trying out PUA points with my mate, who is also new to the community. Second, is that this club is major leagues. As in I've never seen lower than an 8 in there. In the past we've had reasonable success, but its more a showroom than a shopping trip. Until the other night. So both me and my mate go in expecting a couple of number closes. I'm more an observer this time round, as literally this is my first day on the job. So, my friend opens up the night and I watch. Tonight, he was trying out "my mate was dumped by a text message" routine, with a high degree of success (this is just outside London btw, so if you ever need a scripted opener, its a solid shot). Anyway, this leads to a number and my mate moves on. I'm watching what he does, and he moves in to a group of sitting down 9's and 8's. He opens with the same text routine, which leads to a winning over of the girls (including the mother hen). This is where it breaks down though: one-itis sets in. He stays with the same girl over an hour and a half, only leaving when the both go to the loo. During this time, I was trying out a few cold reading tips and number games. I open with one group of two, and did the "Number ESP" game and other stuff. With a bit of a success I gain one number and move on. I'm out of the game after this. I meet up with an old colleague from work, and end up taking her back to her house (nothing happens =( ). Anyway, my mate seduces expertly in the meantime, getting a number whilst her boyfriend is draped around her smashed. Tally- 4 numbers to him, a couple of facebook adds and only a single number for me. Anyway, tips for this group set (stuck-up, good looking) would be appreciated =) |
