Okay so I've been trying to improve my ability to control interactions, I wanted to provide you with a Facebook chat with an hb9 I had. A little background- I met this girl a few times probably 4 or 5 through mutual friends, and she has always sent me lots of IOI's, but I had never able to get anywhere, because I'm not 21 and she likes to go to the bars alot.
