Ok guys. Just so you know in new to this whole game although I have read a lot about it and have been a member of this forum for a month or two now. however, tonight is the first night I just went out and approached %75 of the girls that I saw. I didn't even think about it, I just did it. I'm actually pretty proud of myself as this is all a new experience for me. I'm writing this tipsy so excuse any errors. All I did was just comment them on something for example their eyes, height, hair, clothes etc and generally even if they wern't interested they'd be thankful anyway. If they were a bitch well I'd just laugh it off and move on. I wasnt judging myself on the reaction of the girl but on the way I just spoke to them without feeling any AA at all. I only got as far as a couple of kisses but that enough for me at this stage. I'm looking forward to next weekend where I'm meeting a couple of lads off the forum and hopefully we will help each other close, whereas the friends I went out with today were just criticising me because I got nothing more than a name or hello. They didn't understand I couldn't of cared if that was all I got or not. Inside I am winning. A small goal achieved and onto the next one! |

Nice! That's the right mentality to have. Keep practicing and everything will start to come naturally to you without you giving a fuck. |

Good job man. Keep up the good work on the approaches. One of my old favorite songs to listen to before doing a lot of approach work was, Lil John - If you don't give a damn, we don't give a fuck. Put me in a good frame of mind. Party on!

just so you know, approach anxiety rarely truly goes away. you can learn to deal with it with practice. however, you will always have that same anxiety to some extent even if you approach 100 times a day. |
