| Post subject: | Want a few opinions on a date I had the other night |
Been a while since I posted here, been talking to this girl on Facebook, and started to escelate and flirt a few months back. Nothing serious, but made jokes about marrying her (I would marry a girl that looks like her, she's amazing lol) and complimented her and she used to compliment me back, call me a cutie tell me I look good in photos etc. Anyway, I used to flirt with her but we never metup, so bout 2 weeks ago I asked her if I could see her next week, to which she replied she was busy and wanted to do another time, so I said okay the week after. By the way, I don't have my license yet because it's a long story. I'm 20 and she's 20, and I told her I didn't have my license to drive to her area and see her, but she insisted she was happy to drive to my town and see me. So we just went for a small dinner, and we met up. I was about 10 minutes late to the date (Not sure if that matters?). We spoke and got to know each other, talked about mutual friends (something I hate doing), then people that we both know had to fucking rock up to the same coffee shop and she was more close with the person than I am as I'm not a big fan of the person who rocked up. At this instant, I had a feeling they would shit talk about me behind my back to her to get her to not see me again. Who knows... Maybe I'm just paranoid. Anyway, she told me that I was going to walk her to her car once we got up to leave. (Didn't even offer me the chance to offer to walk her myself). Her reasoning was that she did not want to walk to her car on her own at night (she seemed paranoid). She also offered to drive me home, so I walked her to her car and she drove me home. I noticed in the car she would not stop fixing her hair, as she had been fixing her hair all night at the dinner table. Her phone started ringing in the car and she went to answer it and a cop car pulled up next to us and I said to her "Cops!" and she screamed "OMG!" and threw her phone and started freaking out incase they saw her on her phone. Then she drove down the main road near my house and still seemed paranoid ,almost lost control of the car, missed the turn off to my street (all while fixing her hair etc), and I tried to initiate some very mild kino by touching her shoulder and telling her to relax while she was driving. She was very clearly losing it as she drove past my street when I had told her which street to turn into lol. At the time I wasn't sure whether it was the sexual tension building up after I touched her, or whether the missed call had frustrated her as she said it was an important call, or the paranoia of the police possibly seeing her on her phone was what caused her to act weird in the car. Anyway when we got to my house I kissed her on the cheek to say goodbye and I left, and she said "see you soon." I texted her shortly after to neg-hit her, saying I hoped she "got home in one piece". As to refer to her uneasy driving lol. I got no reply, which was odd as she usually always replies. But I didn't sweat it, and ignored it. I then waited a 4 days and texted her again today to organise another meetup for some time this week as I have annual leave at the end of the week and she's on holidays at the moment. I texted her at 4 in the afternoon, and got no response. She checked in to a club on Facebook before so she's obviously ignoring my messages. The question is, what could have triggered this? Because I am not prepared to sit and invest my time into a bitch who can't even give me a basic response back lol. Could I have left that bad of an impression that night? Could the best friend of the person we bumped into at the shop (who I am enemies with) have found out I was with her and said something to her to spite me? Or could she be playing some serious hardball with me and expecting me to chase? Not sure how to proceed with this one. Looking forward to some responses. Move on or give it time? Thanks guys, |
