| Post subject: | Not much action on a Monday night |
Obviously there weren't many women out tonight since it was a Monday. I was out for an hour and only saw 2 sets in the 4 bars I went to. The first set had 3 women and I got bad approach anxiety and was never able to talk to them. The second had someone I recognized but never talked to, and I said hey! you seem familiar, what's your name? I should know you. And she told me her name and immediately went back to talking to her friends. She had another woman and two guys with her. I think I'm struggling to show DHV's through body language. I've also noticed that it seems like people don't want to be bothered by strangers. So often, my openers get blown off and they want to get back to their conversation with their friends. Any advice? |

after saying hey you seem familiar, you could have teased her about being the reincarnated version of you or something... (nothing else came to mind right now) but you shut yourself down by asking her whats her name. Remember, you have to add value to the conversation before you can take it; you can't take something thats not there. |
