So me and McDivil had planned to sarge in the town of Enniskillen.A close city filled with potential.
We arrived in early and started to proceed towards a cafe to get some coffee.We discussed what we were going to do in the town,first head to a music shop on queens street and then sarge.On our way,we passed a 2set.Didnt approach
.Once we left the music store,we marched on up the street and suddenly decided to go into a "thrift shop" or charity shop. (cut the description of our day down....) we arrived in at 12:30 irish timeand at 4 o clock, i realised we had spend our whole day doing unnecessary and unproductive stuff ( going for coffee,visiting churches,other shit) instead of sarging.
We quickly decided to approach,because we wanted to watch a movie at 6.I sauntered (*using my thesaurus
)off down a street and approached a girl who was HB6,aged around 16-18.She was waiting for something.I approached and was going to use the query opener (styles: who lies more men or women!),when she shot me a WTF look. i dont know why she did,but it was effective,completely killed my confidence.I returned back to McDivil who also approached a girl and failed,HB7.unfortunate at our attempts,we decided to get going towards the cinema,but before we did,we headed into a ceol (irish music) shop and browsed.on leaving,i had a surge of confidence(all the redbull i drank).immediately,i did a 180,went back in and popped an opener to the saleswoman.result:had a really interesting conversation with her,went exactly the way it was projected in the stylelife book i read,didnt get her phone number(didnt want it) or anything but felt i improved my speech a little,still sorta repeat myself on a few words.it was a good and bad day.learned to start sarging as soon as you possible can.
need to cure my approach anxiety (felt it was very common that day) and social anxiety. Also learned its easier to say stuff behind a keyboard than it is to do stuff out in the field. :3
Does anyone know of any places worth sarging in enniskillen or in the surrounding towns or areas around co.cavan?also links to curing approach/social anxiety would be greatly appreciated
