Post subject:  The 10 Year Challenge! Your Guide To Picking up Any Girl!

By Reading the title of this work you have already taken the first step of wanting change. Something has taken place in your life for you to want to do something about it. This may come in the form of personal finance, loneliness, family affairs, or security. Follow my guide daily and as you do please post on this thread your progress. I would love to hear opinions as well as general discussion on different ways you approached certain tasks. For the purpose of this site, the sole reason for this thread is to improve the following three attributes Health, Wealth, and Relationship. Eventually after your dedication you will see yourself progress forward with women, work, and physical appearance. This is not a thread for just picking up women but rather a whole life change for yourself.

Before you continue to read do me a favor and write down every single attribute you hate about yourself, whether its physical appearance, wealth, love life, family, basically anything that comes to mind even if it takes u days to get it all down please take the time to think about your failures which made you come to the realization for wanting change. Keep this paper with you in a safe spot, because as you progress through my challenge you will begin to form goals such that you become a better YOU! Eventually you would also see your progress, and you may add things to the list as you progress with my challenges daily.

During the Beginning of each Daily Challenge I will give you small theory and motivational pieces that will keep you from falling of the wagon. There will small pain periods or humps that will come in the way DO NOT GIVE UP!!

The first thing you must come to realize and to accept is that there is no one in this world that can force you to change. The action of change must come from within yourself. Have you ever looked at yourself in the mirror and imagined someone you want to be, such as a famous actor, sports athlete, model, very wealthy person or even a playah. These people have an amazing lifestyle, they live rich lives, have the women they want, the fans that flaunt over them, and basically become god-like in the eyes of society. Although this maybe the case they are no smarter, physically strong and in general a better person then the average person on the street. The key to their success was their hard work, persistence, dedication and mind blowing work ethics, which as a result made these people the leaders of today. They have names written in newspapers and books, monuments named after them, and the total wealth of nations. To be these people you have to think like them, its not about how big you are, or smart, its your mindset which pushes you to go forward and do that extra rep, extra hour of studying or extra day of sarging. The earlier you realize this, that faster you begin to grow as a better person.

Therefore you must come to realize that you are nobody, and that if you were to die today at this moment the only person who would love you for being gone is your family. To be somebody you must work so hard, whether it means you don't sleep, and eat. This sacrifice must come now, otherwise you will always be in the same spot you are in.

At a very young age I came to an early realization that I was nobody, as a result I feared many things such as the loss of missed opportunities, the lack of time, and whether I would be the person I wanted to be in the nearby future. This is what made me motivate myself to be a better person. I took baby steps, and as time went by I eventually gained confidence within myself, and took away the fear's that held me back.

Therefore beginning now come to the realization you want to change for the better. Accept any challenge put forth, with no mindset of distraction or fear to keep you away from that goal. Do this now and keep repeating to yourself "I AM A CHAMPION" over and over again louder and louder; till you become so energized that you are ready to climb any mountain, battle any fight, and in reality accomplish any task given to you. The best thing you can do is watch motivational videos on youtube there are hundreds. Watch these video's daily and keep yourself in the same mindset as day 1.

Day 1: Inner Game
By inner game I am referring to your mental state, by going even further your soul. Like any guru they want their followers to be in the meditating mindset of being at peace with yourself. As you become closer and closer with that mindset the energy around you will eventually form around your goals. Keep yourself from fearing failure, or even falling down in humiliation. In reality you may think others live a better lifestyle, but their is always issues with everyone. Those that tend to talk about how great their life is, is in reality living a life with no meaning. Be humble with whatever success you have and always take risks. Be that kid at age 7 where there was no care in the world and you did anything and everything with no clue why. Keep an open mind.

Start by setting goals and continue to think about these goals every single day. If your goal is to be a Doctor, then think for every task you choose to do whether it would help you in the nearby future to reach the listed set goals to become a doctor. If the answer is no then you reject that task. Write these goals as Four categories Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly. Make this list of goals go for 10 years and have your list posted to be seen everyday. Again going back to becoming a Doctor; if a friend comes over and asks you to go to a party, you would go back to your goals and see how it would help. In this case it would be no help to your future so you would reject his offer. By being persistent and motivated you will eventually reach your goal and would have accomplished that task. Throughout the process of being that person you will become you will hit many road blocks, or otherwise known as pain period, yet if you continue to fight and never give up you will get over those humps and reach your goal. If you fall behind and do go to that party, eventually you will loose focus and fall of the track of reaching your goal.

For that reason as the first challenge set yourself goals based on your failures you have written above, as well as any other future changes you want to take place. Have yourself be focused and 100% dedicated to that task no matter what comes in your path. Whether it means working 18 hours a day and going out sarging for the other 7 hours and not sleeping for 7 days then DO IT! The human body is built to withstand pressure. In reality you can die by working so hard, as long as you maintain the above three stated categories of wealth, health and relationship. No one has died from giving their best at something. Those that die early in life are actually the ones that are lazy and have given up in life overall. As you begin to get closer to your goals and cross of each smaller task, you will reach the bigger tasks. Soon enough you will begin to set newer goals which will make you grow.

Good Luck I will post daily every new challenge as well brief theory which will keep you on track. I hope this helps and I really hope I get strong positive feedback on those that read this!!!

Day 2

Its been a while since I posted something on this site. It takes time to work at what you want and for that reason we need to get you out of that mindset of being an AFC. I recommend for that reason to read the book "Magic Bullet" by Perry Rose. It will make you understand why certain things we do are based on premative instinct. Some thoughts of protections have been driven to our minds since the beginning of time and as a result make us act or do certain things. Get yourself hypnotized by his concepts and put it into action with whatever you do!

After Reading this book please post comments on your opinion of how helpful it was.
