This happened with a University mate. I met her flatly going and talking to her. I got her facebook to send her a link, so I spoke to her through it. It went like this:
Me (first message): Lol your face in the class photo is funny. What email should I send the dropbox invitation to?
HB (after few hours): hahaha i know its the WORST photo ever
sent it to ******@gmail.com thanks 
Me: Done, you should get an invitation soon
Though everything but few books is in Spanish eh
HB: haha ok
but thats great!
[Few hours of not speaking. She uploads some pics.]
Me: You have been to cool places
A friend and I wanted to go to Thailand this summer
HB: do it!
its super nice
Me: this=last lol
Me: i can give u lot of tips
hahah just do it next summer
Me: we couldn't do it so I ended up goingto Japan
Me: :O
but thats even more nice!
Me: Hahaha now I have mixed feelings
[The conversation continued for some time]
HB: the food
i love it so much
and not only the thai food
in thailand u can find good food from everywhere
Me: O_O
can you cook Thai food? lol
Me: of course
but i can find the ingredients ..
do u know a place where i can find asian groceries?
cant*
Me: yeah
I can take you on thursday if you want
it's by the city center
HB: realy?
ok yeah that would be supergreat ;D
i have to go. gonna eat dinner
Me: sure
hahah

Meeting her
This happened on Tuesday. I met her on Thursday (couple of messages for the planning).
We met and I was 5 mins late. Told her so, and when I arrived and texted her, she told me she'd gone to a nearby shop and was on the queue so I'd have to wait 5 mins. Tough girl, I like it. We met at a spot near to my home where I used to hang out with friends there when I was a kid, so I know it pretty well. When she arrived I said the first thing on the top of my mind. I realized it was a perfect story when she burst into laughs. It was something like this, an ice breaker (she's not from town):
- [look at her while she approaches and say hi. Then, looking around with a HUGE real smile and not straight to her] You know this place? This was a famous spot for kids to meet up when I was like 15. I also used to hang out here. I was just recalling those times, when I was such a cool kid hanging out with other kids here.
She: Really? [looking around like, full of kids?]
Me: Yeah! It was weird [smiling obviously!]. So it was from there (pointing) to there (pointing again) full of kids. Everything [moving my hand from side to side]. I don't know, meeting you here just made me feel like I was a kid back in school. [looking at her with a look like, 'I might be kidding, might not'] Hahahah, hey let's go!
Okay, it was slightly better. These kind of C&F 'routines' or whatever you call it can only be seen, as if 90% of a normal conversation is not done by words, C&F conversations should be like 99%. The thing is she burst into laughs so I knew it worked perfectly.
Then walking there I threw my first test. Not voluntary and EVERYONE does, I just happen to realize I do after I throw them. It was also simple of course.
Me: [while walking] Okay, there are 2 Asian stores, you choose, right [pointing far in the street and then right] or left [same but left]?
HB: [surprised] Which one is better?
Me: Ah [smile and shoulders up]
HB: Okay, then right, I like it more!
After that and few other things I could say I liked this woman, not only physically but mentally. You should try something like this, you'd be surprised how MANY girls fail to choose something. They just try to make you choose something. Or, if you make it awkward, they will choose, but you shouldn't, so same thing again, you choose.
So we got there and I used another small true routine that introduced the sex. It was also C&F and implied a bit of my childhood and my mother (second bit in 1 hour with her). I was with light kino. In Spain, when you see each other you give two kisses, so there's kino from second 0. (Question 1)
I was throwing bits of the city information to her almost all the time, trying to combine them with personal stories when appropriate.
Then, while walking for a while, I saw a cafe with ice cream. I told her, do you want something? She was reluctant and said, "no". Thanks to a friend, I now know what to do in that situation. I said "I do, one nougat ice cream please". Right after that she also bought one (;
So we sat and were talking. Her body language was COMPLETELY into me. I was sitting, she was sitting on my left of a 4 borders table, but with the chair and her body looking straight at me. Also, leaning towards me and keeping direct eye contact. It was a complete set of IDIs. (Question 2).
After a long time, also really C&F, I said to leave as I was getting cold. I walked her to the underground station and she said 'wait I have to check my phone'. Her friends let her down and she said she'd go to have dinner alone so I invited her with my friends, but luckily enough my friends also let me down. Now it feels like it was a bit awkward, but we said goodbye. ((not really) Question 3).
She went today to Barcelona so I'll see her again in class next week. (Question 4).

).What went good:
- Ice breaker story. Should test it.
- I leaded well. I let her choose but I was taking decisions in a good way. I think it's a personal good improvement.
- To know the city well and have small stories and things to say all the time. NOTE: In a foreign city, I could even say 'this reminds me back in my city...'
- Constant conversation. If it goes down, she starts new topics.
- Many venue changes.
- I can tell I left her better than I found her. That's always my personal goal.
- There was pretty much no plan, so forget about plans B. If there was something simple, for how the day was, I could have ended up for dinner at her/my place or in many other places. This is a MUST for everyone, have a plan ready. And a plan B.
- Not showing 'valid' interest for her. Most of the times I asked a real question was something like 'so you?'. I like her and I want to know more about her, hence I have to practice more how to make this natural.
- Not a lot of comfort building.
- Not closing. I should probably have taker kissed her, I had 2 small and not too good action windows but I missed them.
