Post subject:  very first field report
So i went on my first sarge today (Solo. )went to a bar i often go to full of excitement and self esteem. and as soon as i am about to approach my first set, i back down i get a drink smoke a cig scan the area find another and..... same thing it made no since before i learned about art of seduction i had no problem approaching but that i have all this knowledge and routines I froze every time i don't understand does any1 have any advise to help me?

Scottie,
Props on going out alone! It seems that you are putting to much pressure on yourself to get an outcome that you are starting to get a little AA. My advice is to write down your opener then a transition question/routine/story and focus on using the same opener for the first few approaches at least. The key here is to introduce all of your knowledge and routines Slowly so your mind doesnt go blank when you are thinking of something to say. Looking forward to seeing more Field reports!

Try to go out and not worry about "picking up" chicks.. Go in with the mindset that your just out having a good time...

When your in that mind set it makes things ALOT easier.. It takes away the pressure of "OMG WHAT IF SHE DOESNT GIVE ME AN IOI" or "Ok, Should I neg her here? or DHV now?".. You won't freeze up at all.. Trust me :) I hope you get what I'm saying..

If your a guy at a bar having a good time the women will WANT TO BE AROUND YOU! All girls want to have a good time, and if they see you having a good time, they will want to get on your level..

But if you want to do routines, try practicing them in front of a mirror.. Get them down, and pay attention to your body language.. You can also record yourself on your iPhone..

In summary... Just take it one day at a time, HAVE FUN!! :)
