Background on myself: mid-40s. Am new to pickup. Read The Game 2010, and changed my life. I am learning, and much to learn. Live in Tokyo. Yesterday went to party. Gaming this one gal. She was mine, and I knew it. We had just great rapport going. She was laughing at all my jokes. Figure a (HB - 8 ) -- she touched my chest and I accused her of being a molester, stalker, and dangerous. She from Ikebukero, Tokyo and I said something like "You know how dangerous gals from Ikebukaro are!" Was busting on her, she and all her friends were loving it. I was sitting in locked-in position, meaning that I was on the wall and she on the inside. All of a sudden, Eurotrash walked up, grabber her hand and tried to take her away: "She wants to dance." WHAT !! I grabbed her other wrist "says who?" At that moment my emotional mind took over, and my logical mind was barely holding myself together. Eurotrash was physically pulling her away from me. At one point we had a tug-of-war with this poor gal, she going back and fourth between us. Who the FoCK is this Eurotrash scumbag anyway?? I said to her politely "Do you have to go?" She said was in a complete daze. Said nothing at all, completely phased by all this. Crowd was around us. Never experienced this type of interrupt before. Eurotrash approached me and began to loosen my grip. I took about 7 years of martial arts, and was about to do the reverse grab and arm lock, something which I learned about day two in MA training, so it's instinctive. That said, I know myself, and when my emotional mind takes over, I do stupid things. Very stupid things. Fight / flight instinct took over. Need to hold myself together. Had Eurptrash poked, pushed, prodded, or said anything at all nasty to me, my logical mind would have disengaged, and all hell would have broke lose. As Eurotrash was unsuccessfully attempting to loosen my grip, I said to her again, do you need to leave with him? She again was in a complete daze, at a loss for words. I was ready to break his nose ... and seriously was. Took about three minutes of tug-of war with her. Larger crowd gathered around us. Who is this guy??? Was close to popping, seriously. I mean, who just grabs a gals arm away and declares "She wants to go with me and dance." I can deal with AMOGING -- but this is stealing. Anyway, it was getting very hot in there. Eurotrash kept telling me to let her go. She meekly indicated that she wanted to go with him, really just to settle things down. I then slowly took the hand which I grabbed and kissed it, and kissed up up her arm perhaps 5 to 6 times like a Frenchman and said "arvoir." All around me everyone said "Ohhhhhhhhhhhhh." Anyway, thereafter walked around the place. Fuming like you have no clue. Considering my state doubt I could have picked up anyone. Looking for someone prettier than she, which was tough. Very tough. Finally a mixed 3-set. Opened. Guy was 6' 5", Russian, Alex. Two cute gals too. Alex, tall, thin, was cool as shit. Liked him, and hate to say it, but he settled me down a lot. Lead a few group activities, including dancing. Put target's (gal's) pink hat with flowers on my head as personal lock in prop. She a 9 plus (HB9 +). 22 years old, and cute and hell. Far better than previous gal anyway. While dancing I lifted her over my head and she would try to grab the ceiling lights. I then saw Eurotrash and HB-8. They were SITTING on the edge of the dancefloor in what appeared to me a dull conversation. I brought the group right next to them and demonstrated that I was dancing with two gals, both prettier than HB-8 anyway. I waved to HB-8 to join us. She smiled, and then walked away from myself and EuroTrash. Had Eurotrash attempted to cut in my set, I swear he would have had a busted nose and multiple bone fractures. However, he too just slumped away. I was running out of time. Have a logistical problem in that I live a bit far from where we were, and trains stop running. Had no time to isolate since could have missed the train. Before leaving kissed her four times. They were not real, but rather "stolen" kisses to which she gave only token resistance, all while laughing. Gave her my card, and left. And thus was my last evening. Planning to move to Tokyo in about two weeks. This will help my logistics immensely. Self Analysis: Guys, you're in a club, about to score, and some scumbag grabs the gal's hand declaring she needs to go and dance right now, what is best way to handle this type interrupt? Now that I can think logically, a fight counterproductive and would lose the gal. Response I could think of is "Who are you, her mother? Her Husband? No. Screw off then." and then back turn. However, I admit that even that interrupt would have potentially destroyed my game and may not have been able to recover. I erred in taking HB-9 to original HB-8. I did it as act of revenge and perhaps to prove myself. However, it did affect my game, and a mistake. That said, at that time letting it go would have been very very tough. I erred in stealing four kisses from HB-9 when I left. This proved to her that I not the prize, even tho she and her friends were laughing all the way. That said, I needed them due to my then psychological state. I erred in only giving her my contact information and not getting hers. This really because the thought of dating a gal who is half my age is still a bit beyond my own personal reality. Doubt she will contact, but who knows. Feedback appreciated. Asking for her opinion in this matter was noobish. As you said yourself she was in a daze and instead of controlling the frame you dragged her into a caveman scenario with you and eurotrash guy. It was between you and him, asking her was DHV, she had no good way to respond. You likely are mad because you let her go without a fight. You should have verbally confronted him and told him to "beat it." If he didn't leave, then get in his face, dont play tug of war with the target that's also DHV. You basically fucked up and you know it. No huge deal, just dont make that mistake again Also read some material other then Mystery, it will improve your skill set. |

also i mean DLV but typed DHV in two places by mistake, but you probably knew that. In any case shit happens, we all fuck up, it sounds like you wont make that mistake again. Good luck in japan! |
