I go to a bar with my friends last night,but it has a dance floor too with a dj. When we get there its pretty empty,but it starts to fill up. Now,there are these two girls that show,solid 9's,that start dancing on the dance floor by themselves. Now,i start to think, I should go up there and try to dance with them. They looked like they were really into dancing with each other,but i decided fuck it im going to go up there and try. I actually do it,go up there and say "may i join you ladies?". They were actually cool and dont totally blow me off and said oh were really into dancing with each other,but thanks. Bullshit yes,but i decide not to make a big deal and said ok and walked off to rejoin my friends.

hindsight I could have tried to keep it going or just tried to dance next to them but I didnt want to act like a creeper or anything like that. But for someone with approach anxiety to actually go up and do that,im calling it a step in the right direction.
