So, a girl I used to work with recently moved back to the state from Texas, and needless to say she is VERY flirtatious with everyone; however, after a bit of flirting and some slight innuendos we had an exchange that went like this. I honestly was just looking for suggestions, but she took it to another level. Me: "What do you know about Cologne?" Her: "A fair bit, why?" Me: "I need to find some new Cologne, my cat broke all of mine!" (Which was totally true). Her: "That's horrible, try Polo Black." Me: "Come on, you should know that cologne doesn't fit my personality." Her: "You're right, we have to take a trip to wherever. I'll drive." So, I didn't text or call her for 3 days because I was swamped, but the minute I did she dropped whatever she was doing to come get me. During the shopping trip I was getting MASSIVE kino from her, some inredible looks, and interesting stories. She was definitely trying to play up to me, so I started to return some slight IOI's, a little bit of Kino, and showed mild interest. In the car we had another interesting conversation that went like this? Her: "I'm so glad to be back, it was horrible living with all of those boys. They stunk so bad." Me: "Hey hey now, boys are just naturally smelly. That is why we just went to go buy me cologne." Her: "You're not a boy though; you're a man. You're confident, have a direction in life, you know how to dress appropriately for your age, and you're fun to be around." After we parted ways I had to go to work, and who was out there waiting for me unannounced completely dressed up for what she says, "no reason" to pick me up? She was. Me: "Whoa, what's with the outfit? It's definitely a change from your everyday wear, but it does look quite good." Her: "Oh.... No reason. I thought about going out, but I'm too tired." We ended up going to a small bar that she spotted and the whole time during our conversation she was fidgeting like a school girl, playing with her scarf, and having trouble making eye contact with me. At the bar she also started a conversation about how, "A girl has needs that need to be filled, but she wasn't sure of anyone she could call or talk to." My reply was that I started looking around the bar and then eventually looking around the immediate area where I was sitting and said, "No one?" with a coy smile. Her: "Maybe if you get lucky!" Me: "It's not about luck." Afterwards, we drove back home, and I'm not sure if I got a little too forward or needy, but I could not close! I tried to pull her towards me, but she offered up some resistance and looked weirded out, so I chickened out and parted ways for the night. |
