Kegel exercises

First up look up kegel exercises on the site "askmen" if you have problems with your erections, I do these exercises just sitting watching tv 4 or 5 times a week they take no time at all, my suggestion would be to do 50-100 to start of with and as time goes on just keep adding on till you're doing 500 reps. You can do this or you can follow what it says in the article.

Sexual stamina

Cumming too quick is really not good at all, its a problem for many guys but its easily fixed. What you do is when you're jacken off don't just crack one out 4 times a day for 2 minutes each time to internet porn try this instead. Bring yourself to the point were you're about to cum, remember this feeling so the next time you are getting there slow down, breath and use your kegel exercises to stop yourself from cumming. Keep bringing yourself close to cumming then use the techniques to bring yourself back down again for as long as you can. Try to last 5 minutes then next time 7 minutes etc until you can last for a long time. If you can last 20 minutes you're doing very good if longer even better.

Note: the average guy can only last about 4- 6 minutes on average discounting foreplay! Try to only jack off once a day if possible, your libido will be all the better for it, even taking a break every now and again is a good idea.

As you practice you will get better and better at lasting longer so when you're having sex you will be able to control yourself. When you're having sex don't just go full blast but change up the speed and depth of your strokes, shove it in full and move your hips in a circular motion but mix it up, take it out if you have to for a second and play with the outside of her pussy until you're ready to go again.

The magic button

If you're about to cum and you feel you cant stop/pull out, stop and push up on the area between your ass and your balls with your fingers while squeezing the muscles you use during your kegel exercises, once you get this down you'll start to last for a long time, I do this even if I'm not about to cum just to keep myself at a good level and you don't have to stop you can just slow down, if you need to stop then do but if not try to just slow down.

Theres alot more to sex than just whats above and I will have more posts up on this subject, but this will get you started with stuff you can do by yourself.

Another technique I just read, bring yourself up to the brick of blowing the load and then slow down again and use any of the techniques above to stop yourself from cumming, if you do this about 30 times you should be round the 10-15 minute mark, thou it depends on you I guess

Remember the average for males during intercourse is less than 10 minutes, next time your with your girl or whatever... time yourself and see if you can make 30 and how long it takes on a timer

With a bit of practice you will be able to start to gauge how long you've been having sex for so you can please your women by not cumming too quick
