1.I GO TO TALK TO HER...............................................This is what is happening -------------> 2.SHE TURNS AWAY, ROLLS HER EYES...........................What phisicly happened in me -------------> 3.I GET SINKING FEELING IN MY STOMACH,...................The feeling that got triggered in me MY FACE FLUSHES, I FEEL HUMILIATED -------------> 4.I FEEL HUMILIATION AND ANGER TOWARDS HER,........The feeling I feel towards her -------------> 5.SHES A BITCH, ALL GIRLS ARE, GIRLS DONT LIKE ME, IM NOT ATTRACTIVE,...............The story I say to myself to explain facst about what really happened The last part is ur own choosing. If you can change the meaning of what does this mean, you can create one that will push you forward. The last meaning sets ur emotion off and bulids ur identity. This is most of the time built unconcious. So you dont know this is happening. Start to be aware of this and push urself to change it. Be honest with yourself and try to admitt that first four part is what really happened. Always meake a positive meaning. On the last one, you could say: Wow, so that is how it feels like when you get blown off. I just entered on my way to become the best pua. This is the way! whoa, im so proud of myself. I should feel powerfull now! I hope somebody is gonna undersatnd what am i talking about |

Thats actually happened to me before, Ive approached and got a weird response and i get this like sinking feeling in me like fuckk that was bullshit and every once in a while my brain likes to shut down on me making it impossible for me to make a new approach. Im guessing its just my unconcious trying to protect it self from being rejected.. or maybe its my ego idk =D |
