I really want to know how to "visualize" properly. I've read self-help books that encourage me to visualize often (i.e, things you want to accomplish or get out of life, how to overcome certain fear, and so forth) but I don't know how to do it the right way. Should I be inside myself or should I be looking from outside myself (I think I read somewhere that both can be useful for different things)? Should the images be still or moving? Should I have more than just one image to represent what I want or should I flip from one image to the next to make the visualization process more powerful? Answering these questions would really help me! But please, if you have more information, do share. The more the better! Thank you. |

great post! I often wonder the same. I just evenly do both. INside and out cause its wierd. I would say w/e comes natraul. Outside is natrual for me. I often dream from a outside point of view as well |

Hi twobit. I'm new to this forum too! And i think I may have the answers you are looking for. Have you heard of The Law of Attraction? go to amazon and search the law of attraction by michael losier. I recommend you read that book. It's done me some good and it works. Visualizing is not so important as people think it is. People think that visualizing is a way of attracting what you want, and even though that is true to a certain degree, whats more important is the energy you focus behind it. And that energy needs to be positive. Have you noticed how some people can just walk up to a girl and get what they want without even knowing it? This is because they are resonating positive energies 100%. The law of attraction works better subconcsiously. And in order to use this, you need to completely remove all negative foundations such as low self esteem, limiting beliefs, blah de blah. so you leave yourself subconcsiously and consiously only resonating with pure positive energies. as soon as you can accomplish this, the world is in your hands, and you will begin to manifest what you want and set your sights on. close ur eyes. now tell me what color ur front door are? aaaa... u saw the door infront of you right? As it consideres visualizing, pick a motivating music that u enjoy. now, close ur eyes and vizualize. How? Lets say u want to buy a certain car and u want to vizualize u already bought it. As u close ur eyes, picture that u are sitting in ur car. Now put it in gear and head off. Hear the sound of the engine, feel the power of the car as u accelerate. See the people looking at u and feel how you feel when they say.. woow what a car. In vizualizing, the important things to focus on are really ur feelings. Feel as much as u can just like u already achieved what u want. Take care |
