As I was walking in the city I approached a girl who was heading towards the subway, she was incredibly attractive. With intentions crystal clear the interaction was good with a playful connection. She was in a bit of a hurry to catch a train but we managed to cover a lot of ground in just a few minutes, I walked alongside her. On a high point, I number closed and promised to text her. What happens? No reply to our original plan to meet up for coffee. Usually I would just delete the number from my phone. This time, I decided to let it go for a few days before texting her with something casual that we had spoken about, 'music' and her passion for writing songs etc. What happens? No reply. I speak to some contacts of mine from the community and ask for their opinion on flakes, they all offer different advice from.. forget about it move on, to.. plow through and make her text you "stop texting me". I thought I'd try the latter just to see what happens as an experiment since I delete flaky numbers a lot. My next few texts had to be something unusual and spicy. I text her that I was taking up photography as a hobby and whether she would be interested to model for me. She replies instantly asking whether I was with a agency. I said no, but that I would be happy to share the photos with her and so on. No reply. I text if she would wear sexy lingerie, no reply. I let it go for a few days more and text her again (I had no intentions for this to go on forever) so this time I put the pressure on her with "Hey you, how you going? You're so a cheeky bitch aren't you? You should have told me
". She replied with, "I should have told you what??" ME: "That you're an escort".
HER: "And so what if I am? I have friends who are, I'm not anyway". (at this stage I was glad to have ended this charade!)
ME: "How much do you charge?"
HER: "Look, I'm not interested please don't text me anymore ok?"
My final text:
"OK thanks for being straight with me, if you're not interested we can keep it strictly business. Otherwise, take care and sorry for wasting your time." (I was being sarcastic, of course)
I’m never gonna accept silence from another flake again!
