Theres a big difference between the pua's and the afc's.

When you watch porn regurlaly, you're used to calm down your need for sex by watching girls naked behind a screen. it doesn't matter to you, if you fail and don't get laid that night, because you're used to calm down your hormones with porn. sex becomes an option, you just WANT sex
If you quitted porn and start feeling horny , sex becomes a NEED. it motivates you not to fail, to approach more groups, get more girls. it motivates you to keep going and going, cause you NEED to get laid that night.

i stopped watching porn for a while, it has helped me improve a lot with my game. it became a need to me to learn, to talk more, to seduce more. i speak from the personal experience.

I agree with you. I think that it does help your mindset a fair bit to push more because you aren't filling that need in other ways. I also think that just stopping pleasuring yourself as much or at all also aids in that too.

However, I also think the mindset you speak of with that no quit, keep pushing yourself in the field attitude is something you have to develop because you want results and really be willing to invest yourself into getting them. One of my favorite quotes was from a story motivational guru Eric Thomas (ET the hip hop preacher) told. "When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath, then you'll be successful."
