I was just reading this thread: weird-jerking-off-problem-vt189383.html especially the no-fap stuff.

I'm currently trying it, I'm already feeling the surge in testosterone, I feel a lot more powerful, confident and dominant. But I can't carry that to my interactions with wemen.

Whenever I'm talking to a beautiful girl I can't hold eye contact and just can't transmit that vibe of manlyness I now feel in any other situation.

How can I change it? I really feel this is the major thing holding back my game at this point...
