What is the best way to go about reaching your goals? There are many methods, but here is one that makes sense, is practical, and simple to remember. Goal setting Clarity- Clarity means providing goals that are specific and measurable. In pick-up, you have to have a clear goal of what you want to achieve. Goals such as "banging as many women" or "be better with women" will not benefit you in any way. You can't measure those two. Instead, if you say "I would like to bang one girl every week" or "go on a date each week", then that is something more specific. Challenge- Set goals that are not too easy to accomplish and will require some effort on your part. These kind of goals require some creative thinking and imagination. Make sure that the goals are achievable and not too out of your reach. For example, I would like to try more direct game more often during my first initial interaction. I will have to consciously tell myself to keep escalating to the tipping point. Commitment- Make sure that these goals are made by you and not anyone else. Only you can buy into them. It's part of your development process towards your ideal life. Feedback- use the Forums to receive feedback. Make a journal, log in and log out. Only those consistent with logs will know if they are progressing or not. The feedback doesn't even have to be external, it can be internal as well. You read your own logs, you can make your own opinions. ~Don. |

If you want something done, live to do, not to "have things done". All I can tell you from my experience. |
