Internal representations are the pictures and internal voices that we run in our head. Most of the time weare unaware that we are doing it, and these things often run on autopilot. There we need to make sure thatthe autopilot flies smoothly, and goes where you want to go, not crash into the ground.Here is how to take control of your internal representations. STEP ONE:Close your eyes. Imagine what you would look like if you were a powerful, successful person with women.Be that person who is focused and confident and believes that “being with you is the best choice a womancan make”. Make that picture of yourself 40 feet tall. Notice how making it bigger makes you feel better.Take this picture and tilt it back 20 to 30 degrees. Notice that by tilting back this internal picture of yourself, it makes you yourself feel laid back?Look at that picture of the 40 foot powerful successful you and ask yourself “could you image how thatperson would feel if a girl turned him down? He would just laugh it off and not get upset!” STEP TWO:Turn the picture around so that you can see it from the back. Raise the picture up above your head and drophim down on top of you. STEP THREE:Look out through those 40 foot eyes and hear your 40 foot booming voice. STEP FOUR:See through those 40 foot eyes of the powerful successful you, a gorgeous girl that you want. STEP FIVE:Over her right shoulder, see a picture of that 40 foot successful you, and over her left shoulder see a movieof you and her getting it on later in the evening. STEP SIX:As you keep seeing the above image, hear that 40 foot booming voice saying “aah, look at that, I am going to have her tonight. Let me give her a chance to get to know me” STEP SEVEN:Zoom in on a body part of hers that you like (tits, arse etc.) and say to yourself in that 40 foot voice “go forit!”STEP EIGHT:Notice how totally empowered and motivated you feel! |
