So it's early on in my no fap SPAM. Day 4 and I'm already getting a little crazy. I have a girl I can booty call but I'm not into her and I feel like that would get me no where. I'm going to try sarging hard next week. Monday is going to be rough since there's nothing happening at night. I want to try day gaming in the morning. Maybe swing by Starbucks or something. Have any of u guys tried this? What are your experiences? I it worth it? |

I'm doing it and I'm on day 11. The first week is terrible but after that you just deal with it. It makes you go out more, but I haven't seen an increase in my game. I'm an AFC though. As for physical effects I don't get erect nearly as often now. However it's very responsive when getting sexual with a girl. Overall I feel kinda mixed towards the no PMO challenge. I feel less bad about myself because I'm not being a loser and wacking it at home every day, but at the same time it is indeed a struggle, particularly in mornings and at night. Also your dick's flaccid state eventually becomes smaller, but don't sweat that because like I said it becomes very responsive to action so there's no way your girl will see it in that state to begin with. I was really hoping for more benefits by now but I'm sticking to the 90 day game plan before I give up on this. |

I recommend day game more. Girls bitch shields are up at night, and they are expecting to be approached. During the day they are more unexpecting of an approach. However you're testosterone levels are gonna go up like crazy since you're not jerkin it. Just dont be overly sexual or aggressive in day game. That would be my only advice. |
