I've noticed recently that my daily routine is slacking, there's never enough time for me to do the things I want to do. As well as this, my own motivation to study PUA and seduction is never constant. Any advice on how to increase one's willpower and motivation? Cheers, Ninja |

Well there can be two different problems here. The first is that you are pursuing the things that truly matter to you but you really do just need to work on discipline. If this is the case, I suggest making very clear plans. Write them out, make your goals, break them down to daily small tasks and every day do them and check them off. Do them regardless if you like doing it or not. The second is that you aren't doing the things that really are best for you and your mind is resisting because it knows that. If that is the case, you need to go deeper and question your motivations for this path and find out if it's really right for you. Figuring out which of the two is the case is the challenge for you. |

I'd say it was the first case you gave here. I've allocated the time between now and September to master myself as much as possible, so this is truly what matters to me now. I often shirk and get lazy now and again, so I think the first appeals to me much more. I do make timetables and checklists like you've mentioned here, but I find it hard to take them seriously and fulfill them. Maybe I should be more clear about things on the checklist and stick to the strict way of things. |
