| Post subject: | SIMPLE EXERCISE to help you exit your COMFORT ZONE |
This was a reply I made to a guy who wanted to know if there is a practical and simple exercise to exit his comfort zone. I thought the reply was valuable to be a solo post. So here it is. The most important thing to exit your comfort zone is to LEARN the exact process of exiting your comfort zone - and then apply the same process to approaching a girl. One of the best exercises I discovered for learning how to exit my comfort zone is called "The Shower Exercise" What you do is basically this: Take off your clothes and get into the shower. Turn on the warm water, and start showering. After a minute or two, you do this: 1. Revert the water from hot to cold and while you do it, notice what your thoughts tell you. Notice how your mind will try to talk you out of it. Notice how your body will want to get out of it. Notice how you will struggle to go against it. 2. Push yourself through it. Discard whatever reason your mind might tell you, whatever exuse it might give you. Push yourself through it 3. Once you do it, hold the cold water untill you count to 10 4. After you count to 10, revert the water back to hot and keep showering for a couple of minutes. 5. Repeat the process 2 more times and each time, notice how your mind trys to talk you out of it. 6. In the third attempt, notice how your body adjusted to the cold, and notice that it is not so bad in the third attempt. After you do it, you will get experience on how your mind works when you want to do something that feels uncomfortable - you than just simply apply this to approaching women. If you want to learn how to do this in detail, then go here www.volcanoconfidence.com and get a technique that can eliminate your anxiety in under 3 minutes. Talk to you soon, Fantom |

good post man, but whatever things I tried teaching my afc wing he'd never open. I've read tons of material on it and I know all of them work. He would never open and if he does it might be once in the whole sarge. No fucking way it was a rejection. I've told him everything I learnt. I've tried pushing him throught it or simply explaining. Opening is the easiest part. He just says it's not my style and waits for me to open. I just dont know what to do with him. And he is really stubborn. It really makes me wanna stop sarge with him.... Even though he has some progress for more than six months he still can't get rid of his aa. Opening is fucking easy. This guy goes out 3-4 night a week. If he wanted to get better he would of started opening already. I know he's detremental to my game like that. And if he can't get past his Aa what's left for the rest of his game. I'd be late 1 hour to meet him and he would go round the streets without talking to anyone. What do u think i can do? |

Well I have an exercise called "The Mysterious Mind Reader" which intent is exactly to eliminate a persons approach anxiety in 57 min. I'm currently testing it on different guys, and the results are like these: Anxiety level on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest, guys before the exercise stated about a 9, and at the end at about 2. So basically 800% reduction in anxiety, in 57 min. If you're interested, I'm doing a test group and I can put your friend in. Let me know on my PM and I will send you all the info. |

Holy shit, cold water is cold! I can't tell if this makes me leave my comfort zone easier at other things, but I can definitely tell you I was way outside my comfort zone in the shower yesterday. And indeed, I noticed in the third run both turning the water to cold, and enduring the cold water becomes easier. I actually counted to 15 the third time. Another thing I noticed: My mind was incredibly clear after the shower. Normally I shower in the evening and do a little meditation before going to sleep, and usually my brain takes several minutes to calm down after a long day with many impressions. Yesterday I noticed I was highly awake and very still in my head right from the start. If nothing else, cold showering makes me a little buddha. |

once you overcome your anxieties and feel comfortable outside your comfort zone you became the king. Long time ago I use to be a very shy kid afraid of the world never had a gf never approached a girl. I was an extreme AFC. even bullied and mocked loads of times. one day I decided to change my life. I suffer extreme vertigo so I went bungee jumping. Then everything became clear in my head. I could do everything. I could actually change my life and I was the only one responsible for it. I was afraid of the sea, I learned how to surf. I was afraid of talking to girls, I became the alpha male of my group and eventually a PUA. I'm not afraid of anything now. I enjoy being outside of my comfort zone. I seek leaving it all the time. I'm always up for new challenges new experiences. I'm an adrenaline addict. you can do all the trainings in the world that they aren't going to work. they may some occasion but you won't be at your best. success is limited and you will eventually fail. Also you'll feel uncomfortable in another future occasions. To exit your comfort zone you have to make a click in your mind. you have to realise you can do everything. you have to stop being afraid. you have to transform your anxiety in something you like. It's a mental process that takes over your life. It's an epiphany. |
