Do you guys have advice on correcting forward shoulders? I have a forward neck and shoulders and tried to correct it a couple of times but simply correcting yourself doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions on this?

Hey man,
I had posture problems too, what I did to fix this is SUPER simple and sounds weird but I guarantee will work! What you do is wear something that you normally dont like a ring or a watch or a wrist band, something you will look down and see constantly, when you look and see this object your brain will think "why the hell am I wearing this?" Then it will answer itself and be like " OH YEAH! so I remember to pull my shoulders back and have better posture!" then constantly doing this will help I promise, I tried many suggestions and this is the only thing that really made a difference and worked for me.

Hope this helps,
Justin

Working on your back muscles should help with this!

I had a problem with shoulders and neck being forward.

I can give you a very simple way of dealing with it.

Two words: DEAD LIFT.

Go to the gym and simply dead lift, and of course - stretch.

I highly recommend Elliot Hulse's video on corrective posture and dead lifting. Check this video below,
but he has more on it:

Check out these stretches. It's called shoulder dislocations. I do them myself. Possibly the best shoulder stretches you can do.
