A little long - but really quite good, I thought.

I'm not sure how applicable this is to dating or pickup - though on a high level, I suppose some of it is applicable anywhere and just to appear more comfortable in general... That is if you can master a lot of the techniques in it.

I noticed it was applicable to cases of maintaining your dominance when under stress,like for example the "richard nixon
interview" when he was touching his hand and holding his wrist or with the consultation of the 2nd car dealer,both revealed cases of signs of obvious nervousness EG:(self touch gesture) And the microexpressions which i felt could really show if someone is bluffing there "perfect" body language.

i do agree some is irrelevant towards pickup but in various elements,such as the micro-expressions and swagger
of putin to show him as very dominant and the overhand handshake are very relevant in showing dominance for example:in a set with men or meeting with a wing in a club and in view of potential HBs
