How did you stop this habit? It's the worst... i do it subconsciously, and it's time that stopped. |

I read somewhere it had to do with you subconsciously being afraid of your parents. I used to do the same, but my ego is too big to allow me being afraid of them. So I stopped. Hope it helps! |

Paint them, even if it's just a clear coat. That stuff tastes like shit and you wont be chewing on your figers if it's on there. |
