When I am typing in this little box and need to go back and insert a word, when I start typing, it will replace what I already typed with the new things i'm typing (not sure if that is making any sense). I tried typing in other programs and it is fine so it is just this. Also when I go to delete a sentence, I highlight and hit delete but it doesn't delete for a couple minutes if at all. I basically just have to type in front of what I want to delete so it rewrites it. Yeah I don't think i'm explaining this right but maybe there is some fancy technical term.

have you pressed the "insert" key ?
(if it's on you overwrite stuff instead of pushing it around, yeah? there's no light or nothing for the key, but try pressing it once and see if the problem continues)
