It's supplementary, but it won't give you much, if anything, that you can't get from puatraining.

1) the qualification material is much better.
2) it covers different kinds of openers in more depth.
3) it moves from negs to disqualification, which is a broader and more powerful concept.
4) it is more flexible, but still has a structure.
5) it explicitly deals with transitioning off the opener.
