Has anyone read that and done the 30 day challenge thing? What was your opinion on it?

Almost a year for a reply.

I started it but found it logistically hard to do some of the daily missions. I read ahead of some of them. Lots of good advice aimed more at developing a lifestyle rather than pick up. Some good advice on handle voice and posture and storytelling. I think very few PUA material is specifically aimed at an older audience, one of with children. I think there's an assumption it's for young single men with no ties.

I gave up on it as I read through and the 30 challenge is to get a date. It did not seem ambitious enough. I do online stuff and can line up a date reasonably easy nowadays.

I want to try the challenge all the way through as the net has been a bit of a crutch and to be blunt I see better looking girls offline than online.

It's got all the elements in there but it is very structured and can't take into account you and where you are at. I found the logistics of it hard, and didn't seem to offer much. Richards book is a better place to go after reading The Game

I thought it The Rules Of The Game was disappointing. Firstly I think they should have made it brain dead to follow, admittedly you are given daily missions but some text refers to repeating certain exercises such as the posture and vocal practice. I don't want to think I just want to learn!

I think it's good that practically 9 or 10 days are just about approaching.

The worst bits are the bits from the Style Diaries - just a read once type filler.
Also seeing the diagrams for the seduction model is overwhelming imho. Fuck being Einstein just to work out where you are in the model!

I'm weaning myself off of online game (too jaded at the moment) and I plan to go through the 30 day challenge as close as possible asap. I may even post here the daily missions

I think it is more valuable as a read for a little bit of knowledge than as a system/standalone self-improvement guide. I enjoyed reading both the black and white books - so I would have to say it was worth reading.

Will it change your life? Probably not.

Can it help a newbie looking for somewhere to start?

Sure.

Good points.

I really want to read it and pursue it because *for me* it would be nice not to have to rely on online stuff as a crutch against approach anxiety. I'll be happy if I go through it ,build up confidence and be able to approach and consistently get Day2s from it.

I speed read it the other day and I'm still not convinced on the layout etc

I couldn't really see the point in some of the exercises that are in the
book. For instance, how is asking three women their opinion about
restaurants going to help you get a date? In fact many of these exercises
seem silly and a waist of time to me. I know what he is getting at, but I think
I would just go ask the girl for a date rather than go through a month of
this.

Style plagarized Mystery method so, everything about it is indirect. I think the point was for hard case newbies. People with severe aa or those that never approached.

A man with his look needs to be indirect. I don't know any other way for him
I don't think he does either

Not sure how or why the hate is warranted? A best selling book and several thousands of followers. He seems to have done well for himself. For such a negative review and comment, you must have pics and videos we could all learn from. We await your videos infield and pics.
