I came across this new book, “Attached” by Amir Levine & Rachel Heller on attachment styles following Tai Lopez's latest book review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wyxCujKR1dU There is a site with a compatibility test based upon the three main attachment styles (avoidant, anxious, secure). Here is a link: http://www.attachedthebook.com/compatibility-quiz/ I have not read it yet but, I find it very fascinating and look forward to borrowing it from the public library in the new year. Basically, it goes to show certain attachment styles based upon factors such as parenting, social conditioning, personal experiences among others being a factor. The book the goes onto shoe which style you are and what you are most compatible and why. Check it out. |
