I'm 17 years old, always have been awkward around girls and hand been looking to change that what's the best book or program to start with? Ps I've read the game by Neil Strauss and didn't like it |

The Game is a semi - fictional story. Good read, not great for learning Game. Ps I've read the game by Neil Strauss and didn't like it Best place? The Mystery Method will give you a structure. This forum has a lot of free trouble shooting. And a lot of us have good blogs. Personally, I advocate first going out and being social and getting you natural ability to hold conversation up to par. Then when you get techniques or structure you know where to fit them in. I want to emphasize, at first you do not need a lot of material or a book. You get good by practice and failure. |

Don't read anything about game until you touch up on your confidence. I recommend "Fuck It" by John Parkin or I have currently reading "models." Models is a big one for a lot of the guys in this forum. Reading both of those will get your mind straight and ready to be molded to some pua stuff of you decide to continue into it afterwards. You may find enough confidence after both of them to just be you, and flirt and take wht you want (which is what you are ultimately striving for with pua). |
